J. Arnold, (American, 20th C.), oil on canvas board depicting a three masted sailing ship under full sail on the open turquoise blue ocean, 8" x 10", signed "J. Arnold" lower right, in a wonderful early 20th C. gold gilt frame, frame size 13" ¾" x 15 ¾".
Condition: Approx. eight very minor areas of paint loss along the left and bottom edge with the largest being approx. 1/16" x 3/8".

Condition: Not examined out of frame, very minor toning of paper throughout, very minor waviness of paper throughout.
